3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3.2 Subscription Services

The App offers subscription-based premium features:

• Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store
• Subscription fees are charged according to your chosen plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage your subscription through your Google Play account

3.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. Trial periods will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Location Services

The App requires access to your device's location services to function properly:

• Location access is necessary to show nearby parking spots
• You can disable location services, but this will limit App functionality

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party location data

• We do not provide direct refunds for subscriptions

12. Cancellation and Termination

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to premium features until the subscription expires

12.2 Account Termination

We may terminate your access to the App if you:
